How we are different We offer the flexibility to combine relevant sessions from a variety of levels of course in order to make up the total of a day’s training relevant to the customer’s needs. We work closely with the customer to assess their staff training requirements. Our Service We are able to provide Training Needs Analysis to assess the level of training required for all staff involved. Evaluation sheets are assessed and reported back at the end of each course. We are able to provide a follow-up service post training, to assess the effectiveness of the training which will highlight any further training requirements or individual tuition sessions one to one that may be needed. We can also offer the traditional courses at Introduction, Intermediate and Advanced levels. Locations To be most cost effective for the customer, we offer training on customer site, which is tutor-led using working examples throughout the day for maximum hands-on experience. For customers without their own facilities, we have training suites available which accommodate 4, 12 or 20 delegates. Course Documentation Course manuals can be provided at an additional charge, on request. We know from experience that delegates who work together often find their office cluttered with many copies of the same course notes. We can provide the number of copies required which helps to keep overall prices down. Our Support As our customer we regard the service we give as ongoing, not to just attend a day’s training and then have no further contact. We like to build relationships over time and repeat business, so the offer of help is always available. We offer unlimited support following attendance on a training course for those subjects covered.
