How we are different
We offer the flexibility to
tailor course content in order to provide relevant, focussed training.
This tutor-led training can
be either classroom based for groups of delegates using working examples
throughout the day for maximum hands-on experience, or individual
coaching sessions.
For upgrade training we
offer short overview sessions to show the differences by
demonstration to groups and then follow with floor-walking for
individual desk-side assistance.
Our Service
We work closely with the customer to
determine their staff training requirements. We can provide a Training Needs
Analysis service to assess the level of training required.
Evaluation sheets are assessed and
reported back at the end of each course.
We are able to provide a follow-up
service post training, to assess the effectiveness of the training which
will highlight any
further training requirements or individual tuition sessions on a one to one
basis required in order to gain maximum benefit from the learning
process.

Course manuals can be provided at an
additional charge, on request.
We can also provide quick
reference guides and online learning tutorials.
